This year’s Santa Mini Session features a cozy Christmas bedroom/living room setting, with a snowy moonlit window, warm vintage details, and a classic leather sofa. The scene is designed to feel like Santa has stopped by for a special Christmas Eve visit.

🎅 The Experience

These sessions are about more than the traditional “sit with Santa and smile” portrait. We want to capture the real interaction and Christmas magic between Santa and your children.

Depending on your child’s age and personality, as well as your preference, we may photograph:

• Classic kids/family portraits with Santa

• Sitting or cuddling together on the sofa

• Santa chatting with the children about their Christmas wishes

👗 What to Wear

This year’s set works beautifully with both casual everyday outfits and Christmas pajamas.

For a classic look, try cozy sweaters, knit dresses, plaid skirts, corduroy, or simple winter outfits in cream, red, burgundy, forest green, camel, brown, or navy.

For a more relaxed Christmas Eve feeling, Christmas pajamas are perfect. Red, plaid, cream, or coordinating sibling pajamas all photograph beautifully — and bare feet make the scene even cozier.

Matching outfits are not necessary! I always love a thoughtfully mixed-and-matched look over everyone wearing the same thing. Coordinate your colors and styles, but let each child’s personality shine.
